Like, manually. As in: scan the items, enter the total, work the keypad, give exact change, and deal with a growing line of customers waiting for their carrots. It's delightfully hands-on, with full control over pricing strategy and shop layout, and just when you think you've got the hang of things, it throws chickens into the mix (and eventually cows, pigs, bees, butter-making machines, and even juice processors if you play your cards right).
